A long-time resident in the area, Eric has been active in many local organizations including having served as president of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. He has received numerous recognitions such as the Coldwell Banker "President's Elite" and "Top Producer" awards. He has been named the Delaware County Business Advocate of the Year, and he has received certificates of merit from both the New York State Senate and the New York State Assembly for his outstanding achievements in real estate in New York State.
