This home was substantially remodeled and upgraded by the current owners. The first floor kitchen was completely upgraded with custom cabinets and all new state of the art kitchen appliances with smart home features. A proper laundry facility was installed in the first floor half bath which also had a makeover with new contemporary fixtures. All of the old bathrooms were reoriented and upgraded with premium bathroom fixtures, tiling and lighting fixtures.
Additional high efficiency windows were installed throughout the home to allow for more light and mountain views while carefully positioning the windows to optimize privacy. A new hardwood and black wrought iron staircase was installed along with feature walls throughout the ground level and stairwell.
